This extra is about how the Astros have had a number of wins in the past week, starting off with the royals and then the kansas city. Colby Rasmus also homered for the Astros, this is great news for me because I love baseball and the Astros.
These sections are very different from the normal paper because they are more factual then normal adds that have to do more with the journalism side of the story. I believe they add these to the story to provide something for all viewers and also to give a diversity in the story type that they are reading. I believe that these should be in the normal paper because of how informative they are. And the fact that they are short and sweet can be a up and a down. Some people might want them to continue on the Astros win in mortar detail. But others who don't want to sit there and read the stories fpor a long time might like the get to the point stories better.

  1. 2. Oklahoma had to put a halt to executions by injection because they could not get the required drugs. It's been hard for all states to get the necessary drugs forcing them to consider other means of execution or stopping them altogether until they can find the right drugs for lethal injections.
    5. How did the Texan break the story? They acquired his letter to the University thus enabling the story to be reported.
    6. The pictures are also humongous. I get the idea that they don't have to use the space efficiently because they aren't using any paper or ink to print them.
